Research, Design, Fabrication of Automatic Battery Cell Welding Machine to Support Maintenance and Replace Damaged Battery Generation for Electric Vehicles
The battery cell welding machine is a machine designed to be used for the maintenance and replacement of damaged batteries used as an energy source for vehicles, electric bicycles, electric motorbikes, electric cars, and other electrical equipment. The device uses energy from battery cells. The machine was designed by the research team to include parts that work together from the stage of supplying and classifying batteries according to the required shape and size, with the help of a central controller set up with an algorithm in the control program. The product serves well the maintenance needs of energy sources from battery cells that mainly serve vehicles which are currently transitioning to green energy sources. The machine is built to reduce manual labor, increase accuracy, improve labor productivity, and enhance the aesthetics of battery cell products. In this article, we would like to present the research and manufacture of a small automatic battery cell welding machine using a smart controller.
