Sliding Mode Control-Based Prescribed Performance Fault-Tolerant Tracking Control for Morphing Aircraft
This paper addresses the prescribed performance fault-tolerant tracking control problem of morphing aircraft via sliding mode control (SMC) approach. First, a dynamic model of the morphing aircraft is established, considering actuator faults and compound disturbances during the wing deformation. Further, by some transformation, the constrained tracking errors are transformed into unconstrained counterparts, and SMC-based prescribed performance fault-tolerant controllers are designed for the attitude and velocity subsystems, respectively. Finally, the effectiveness of the fault-tolerant tracking control scheme is validated through numerical simulations.
