Research on Control of Magnetic Suspension Rotor System under Moving Base based on Disturbance Observer
The moving base problem can cause displacement jitter of the magnetic bearing rotor, affecting the stable control of the magnetic bearing system. Aiming at the problem of reduced stability of the magnetic suspension control moment gyro (MSCMG) rotor under a moving base, this paper proposes a disturbance suppression method based on a disturbance observer. The dynamic model of the MSCMG rotor is constructed, and the disturbance torque acting on the magnetic bearing under a moving base is analyzed. To ensure the stability of the disturbance observer, a third - order low - pass filter is introduced to solve the instability problem of the inverse model of the controlled object and reduce the influence of system noise. Finally, simulation verification is carried out. Compared with the PID control method alone, the proposed method significantly reduces the rotor displacement jitter and improves the stability of the magnetic suspension system.
