Frequency Simplified Algorithm Control Based on Dual Transformer Resonant Converter
As an emerging LLC resonant converter, dual transformer resonant converter has great application prospects in the field of variable mode wide gain, and generally uses PI control to achieve constant voltage output. However, traditional PI control has poor dynamic response capabilities. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a frequency simplified algorithm control method. The time domain analysis of the under resonant state is carried out, and the limiting equation is obtained and a simplified method is proposed. The switching frequency of the dual transformer resonant converter can be quickly calculated in the controller and fed back to the control module, thereby improving the dynamic performance of the dual transformer resonant converter. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed control method was verified through simulation and experiments. The results showed that the control method had good dynamic response capabilities during input voltage and load conversion.
