Event-Triggered Control for Large-Scale Systems with Unknown Coefficients and Actuator Faults: A Fully Actuated System Approach

This paper explores the decentralized control for a class of interconnected large-scale nonlinear systems using a fully actuated system approach. In particular, both unknown coefficients and actuator faults are considered. The paper addresses actuator failure coefficients through adaptive estimation techniques, employing neural network estimation to handle unknown coefficients and nonlinear functions. To enhance resource utilization efficiency, the paper an event-triggered controller is designed using the hyperbolic tangent function. It is proved by the Lyapunov stability analysis that all signals of the closed-loop system are globally bounded and the output of system eventually converge to a bounded region. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is validated through the simulation of a practical example.
