Distributed Secondary Voltage Control Considering Reactive Power Constraints
Secondary voltage control is typically used to compensate for voltage deviations caused by droop control. However, in practical applications, distributed generators (DGs) are subject to reactive power output limits. When saturators are combined with consensus algorithms, the voltage regulation performance is degraded. To address this issue, this paper proposes a distributed secondary voltage control strategy that considers reactive power constraints. First, DGs are modeled as multi-agents in the system, and a physical model of the distributed multi-agent system is established. Second, a distributed secondary voltage controller incorporating reactive power constraints is designed, and the stability of the proposed control strategy is analyzed using Lyapunov theory. Finally, a simulation model is built in Simulink to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
