Consensus Algorithm-based Secure Distributed Energy Management for Load Aggregators
Load aggregators integrate massive distributed resources in distribution networks to form flexible aggregations, participating in demand response markets and ancillary services to achieve flexible regulation of user-side resources, thereby alleviating short-term power supply-demand imbalances. However, in current energy management practices of load aggregators, how to account for distribution network security remains a critical challenge. To achieve efficient regulation of internal distributed resources in load aggregators and meet the security requirements of grid operation, a dynamic distributed energy management strategy for load aggregators is proposed based on the security region concept. First, a security region model is constructed based on power flow data. Then, a incremental cost consensus algorithm is utilized to establish an autonomous scheduling framework for internal resources within the load aggregator, and a consensus iteration correction scheme integrated with the security region is proposed to realize distributed energy management that complies with grid security constraints. Case study results demonstrate that this strategy effectively ensures power flow security and enables rapid and accurate dynamic energy management of internal resources in load aggregators.
