Voltage Stabilization Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator Based on Improved Non-Singular Fast Terminal Integral Sliding Mode Control
A novel control strategy combining an improved non-singular fast terminal integral sliding mode control (INFTISMC) algorithm with a super-twisting disturbance observer (STDO) is presented, aiming at tackling severe disturbance problems in voltage stabilization control for permanent magnet synchronous motor-pulse width modulation (PMSG-PWM) systems. By introducing a novel integral-form sliding surface, the singularity issue inherent in the conventional NFTISMC is effectively eliminated. Then, an adaptive reaching law that varies according to the system state and sliding mode surface is proposed to ensure rapid convergence of the voltage error while mitigating chattering. By designing a novel STDO to observe and compensate for disturbances, the system’s disturbance rejection capability and response speed are further enhanced. The overall stability of the improved control strategy is verified by the Lyapunov method. Finally, simulation results in MATLAB/Simulink demonstrate that the proposed control strategy significantly enhances the system’s disturbance rejection capability.
