CLINICAL FEATURES AND EARLY PREVENTION APPROACHES FOR ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE: THE ROLE OF ENDOTHELIN-1 AND AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
This article analyzes age-related changes in TVI, blood pressure, and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels among women of reproductive age, along with circadian BP patterns from ambulatory monitoring. A significant positive correlation was found between ET-1 and systolic BP. Advancing age was associated with increasing TVI, BP, and ET-1 levels, and a shift from the normal dipper profile to abnormal patterns (non-dipper, over-dipper, night-peaker). The proposed prevention model combining ET-1 testing and ABPM shows promise for timely risk stratification and personalized cardiovascular interventions.
