Ligand-Controlled Ni-Catalyzed Regiodivergent Hydroacylation of Unactivated Alkenes with Acyl Chlorides
Herein, we report a ligand-controlled, amide-assisted, nickel-catalyzed regiodivergent hydroacylation of unactivated alkenes with readily available acyl chlorides. This strategy enables the efficient and selective synthesis of amino ketones with diverse regioselectivities, including α- and β-migratory insertion, as well as Markovnikov-type addition, all governed by ligand tuning. The reaction proceeds under mild conditions, exhibits broad functional group tolerance, and offers a straightforward and cost-effective approach to structurally diverse branched ketones.
