EXORDIUM OF LEGISLATIVE FUNCTION

Legislative function is a crucial aspect of the modern welfare state, where the legislative body performs its duties according to the constitution or precedents. Post-legislative scrutiny, a concept that has been little discussed globally, is a growing need in Pakistan.
