Orientation scolaire parentale et la construction du projet professionnel chez les jeunes
We examine the association between three parental guidance styles (support with freedom of choice, directive support, indifference) and the construction of the professional project in 413 young people registered with the ANPE/ANVT. After adaptation and pre-testing of scales (αCronbach = 0.75–0.76), linear regressions indicate positive but weak effects of support (β = 0.147; R² = 0.022; p = .003) and directive support (β = 0.175; R² = 0.031; p < .001), and no detectable effect of indifference (R² = 0.006; p = .102). We discuss limitations (self-reported measures, univariate, and adaptation validity) and argue for differentiated approaches according to profiles.
