In light of the multiplicity of international paths aimed at developing rates of economic growth, each country has its own goals and ways to achieve the greatest developments in the development fields, especially scientific ones, to the point that it has begun to sacrifice its greatest balance for that endeavor, but the goal of achieving scientific and intellectual sobriety crowned with successive increases in terms of economic growth and national accounts is always the greatest of them. And the most difficult. It highlights the role of artificial intelligence, the areas of its planning, and ways to stimulate and manage it to achieve the highest levels of knowledge and cognitive development in order to enjoy its scientific and developmental data in the field of growth in GDP rates. However, there are some countries, including Iraq, that are going through several challenges that hinder them from achieving these data. Therefore, this research has shed light on those data.
