Shock response characteristics of nonlinear elastic vibration isolation system
In order to improve the shock resistance performance of the shipboard equipment in combat, a vibration isolation system is usually added between the equipment and the installation platform. In this paper, based on the consideration of external pipeline, the mathematical model of impact dynamic response of nonlinear elastic vibration isolation system is established, which is solved numerically by Runge-Kutta method and verified by double-wave shock machine. On this basis, the shock response characteristics of vibration isolation system under the coupling of many kinds of elastic components are explored. The research results show that the numerical calculation results of the shock response of the nonlinear elastic vibration isolation system are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the reliability of the mathematical model is verified. The introduction of flexible nozzles increases the vertical stiffness and acceleration response of the vibration isolation system. The nonlinear stiffness of the limiter changes the acceleration response of the equipment, which affects the shock resistance performance of the equipment.
