Analysis of the Influence of Solenoid Valve Internal Coil Design on Power Consumption Performance
Electromagnetic valves, as key actuators in industrial automation systems, directly impact the energy efficiency and operational stability of the equipment through their internal coil power consumption characteristics. The paper addresses the insufficient energy efficiency optimization in traditional electromagnetic valve designs by combining multiphysics coupling modeling with experimental verification. It explores the effects of coil geometric parameters, material properties, and winding processes on power consumption performance and proposes optimization strategies for low power consumption. Firstly, a mathematical model for the dynamic power consumption of electromagnetic valve coils is established, deriving a power consumption equation that includes coil resistance and verifying it through finite element simulation (ANSYS Maxwell). The focus is on the influence laws of key parameters such as the number of coil turns and wire diameter. Experiments, relying on a high-precision testing platform that includes a DC power analyzer and magnetic probes, quantitatively analyze power consumption characteristics under different conditions. The aim of this paper is to design an electromagnetic valve coil with low power consumption and high magnetic induction intensity.
