A Resolver Position Decoding method with Square Wave Excitation and Cross-Sampling Correction
In this paper, a novel resolver position decoding method based on square wave excitation is proposed, which combines cross-sampling and demodulation technology with synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop (SRF-PLL) to realize dynamic angle tracking. The square wave excitation is used to eliminate the limitation of sampling frequency in the traditional sine excitation, the cross sampling is used to suppress the DC offset interference, and the angle error is compensated by the phase-locked loop in real time. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme significantly improves the accuracy of angle resolution while maintaining the smoothness of the demodulated signal, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
