A health state evaluation method of capacitorized transformer and application demonstration

With the continuous development of the power system, the capacitorizing transformer, as a key equipment in the distribution network, has a direct impact on the stable operation of the grid and the reliability of power supply in terms of its health status. However, the current power equipment condition assessment methods have ambiguity and uncertainty, and lack a widely recognized accurate assessment means. In view of the gradual promotion and application of capacitorized transformers in China and their importance in distribution networks, it is particularly urgent to study a scientific and effective health condition evaluation method. In this paper, a health state evaluation method for capacitorized transformers based on hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and variable weight method is proposed. Firstly, the health condition evaluation indexes of the capacitorized transformer are divided into three categories: electrical test indexes, oleochemical test indexes and basic condition parameters, and a three-level hierarchical structure system is constructed. Then, the weight of each index is determined by the hierarchical analysis method, and the weight is adjusted by the variable weight method to reflect the influence of key characteristic quantities on the health state. In the single scoring of condition information, quantitative indexes are quantified using deterioration degree, and dissolved gases in oil are scored through fuzzy comprehensive judgment. Finally, the health index of the actual capacitorized transformer is calculated as an example, and the results show that the method can effectively assess the health state of the transformer and has high feasibility and practicability.
