PrepPal: Enhancing Learning Mechanism Using AI Integration

Study schedule management and memorization of huge information is the work of a student and a professional. The traditional way of learning is not personalized and flexible which leads to bad study habits and low retention of knowledge. This project will be developing PrepPal AI which is a cloudbased study planner which uses artificial intelligence to create personalized study schedules, topic roadmap and ai-driven flashcards. System is developed using React for frontend, Node.js for backend API development and MongoDB Atlas for database management. Falcon-7B-Instruct is used to create flashcards based on the user's input content such as text, images, pdf files etc. Spaced repetition is used to get the maximum revision cycle of topics. Intelligent reminder is used to maximize learning efficiency. The system is able to effectively create customized study plans based on user's preference. Plans made by the system are also more suitable to the user's needs. It improves users' time management and helps them to learn in an organized way. AI-generated flashcards help improve knowledge retention. The system's track progress feature helps users to keep track of their studies. Automated reminder and personalized resource recommendation also helps to maximize learning efficiency. PrepPal AI provides a smart, flexible and organized way of learning which makes it easy for students and professionals to achieve their study goals. Features such as multilingual, may be added in the future. Other AI-driven quizzes might also be added. More integrations with learning platforms may also be added.
