Effects of COM Stabilization Training on Ground Reaction Force and Center of Pressure abilities of Foot Deformities Golfers
This study was to investigate the effects of COM stabilization training on ground reaction force and center of pressure abilities of foot deformities golfers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, golfers at S local, were selected at random and allocated 10 golfers each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Flat Foot Group(FFG), Cavus Foot Group(CFG) and ground reaction force and center of pressure abilities before and after the experiment.
The COM stabilization training for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of ground reaction force according to COM stabilization training program, FFG and CFG was significantly improved compared to NEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of center of pressure abilities according to COM stabilization training program, FFG and CFG was significantly improved compared to NEG.
As conclusions, this study confirmed that the COM stabilization training on ground reaction force and center of pressure abilities of foot deformities golfers.
