Movable Antenna-Assisted Integrated Single-Target Passive Sensing and Multiuser Communication Systems
This study investigates a movable antenna (MA)-assisted integrated passive sensing and communication (IPSAC) system. Specifically, the MA’s positions are optimized to maximize the sum rate performance of the uplink multiuser communication system, while satisfying the single target’s direction-of-arrival (DoA) estimation accuracy requirement. By decomposing the MA position vector into a position offset and an MA spacing vector, an alternating optimization framework incorporating particle swarm optimization is employed to efficiently handle the non-convexity of the problem. The simulation results demonstrate the performance improvements of the MA-assisted IPSAC system in terms of sum rate and DoA estimation accuracy compared to other benchmark systems.
