A Zeno-Free Dynamic Event-Triggered Secondary Control for Islanded Microgrid
Distributed event-triggered control is considered as an effective solution for secondary control in islanded microgrids (MGs). Different from the continuous time-triggered scheme where excessive communication overhead occurs, a novel dynamic event-triggered leader-following consensus scheme for voltage and frequency restoration is proposed. In comparison with the dynamic event-triggered schemes reported, the global information like the eigenvalues of the Laplacian matrix is not required and the protocol is constructed in a fully distributed mode. Furthermore, the sufficient conditions for the stability are derived using Lyapunov method. Importantly, the exponential convergence of the system with the proposed control scheme is further proved. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is validated in Matlab/Simulink environment.
