A Flexible Power Regulation Method for Microgrids Considering Social Factors

The microgrid dominated by renewable energy is affected by regular weather conditions such as windless and sunless periods, leading to power supply shortages and severe regular power shortages. Flexible regulation of user loads is a critical approach to addressing severe power shortages. This paper first proposes a load aggregator power consumption baseline model considering social factors based on the flexible regulation and allocation principles of microgrids. This model comprehensively incorporates factors such as GDP, carbon emissions, pollution indices, credit coefficients, and insured power to enhance the flexibility and specificity of regulation. Second, building on the power consumption baseline, a flexible regulation model for load aggregators based on the "Online State Grid" APP is introduced to adjust, coordinate, and evaluate user power consumption, thereby improving flexibility and efficiency. Finally, simulations using the IEEE 14-bus system verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
