A Full-Duplex Synchronous Wireless Energy and Information Transmission System Based on a Shared Coupled Channel
In wireless power transfer (WPT) systems, the primary and secondary sides are usually electrically isolated. Reliable and fast information transmission is essential for effective control on both sides. This paper proposes a full-duplex synchronous wireless energy and information transmission system based on shared coupled channels. Energy transmission is achieved through the entire coupling coil, while bidirectional signals are injected and extracted via the center tap of the coil using ASK modulation. The inherent characteristics of higher-order circuit topologies are leveraged to establish independent frequency bands for energy and information transmission, significantly reducing circuit design complexity. An experimental prototype was constructed to validate the proposed system. The prototype achieved 500W energy transmission, a forward data transmission rate of 56 kbps, and a reverse data transmission rate of 115 kbps, with minimal interference between energy and signal transmission. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed WPT system enables high-power energy transfer while ensuring high precision and stability in signal transmission.
