The responses were analyzed by using different statistical techniques (mean, frequency, percentage and standard deviation. The findings show that university students do not use stress management strategies like deep breathing and meditation because of lack of time and also, they find it hard to stay consistent. So, it is recommended to university students that do not use stress management strategies like deep breathing and meditation. So, it is recommended to students that they start small and incorporate these techniques into daily routine to make it a habit.
