Two-Finger Mechanical Claw Based on SOLDWORKS Simulation Technology
With the advancement of intelligent manufacturing technology, the two-finger mechanical claw has become widely employed in key robotic components due to its flexibility, efficiency, simple structure, and reliable operation. In this paper, two types of two-finger mechanical claws designed for mechanical transmission applications are presented. Utilizing SolidWorks simulation technology, motion trajectory simulations and finite element force analyses were performed. The structures of the two mechanical claws were subsequently optimized, and an optimal combination of design parameters was obtained through an orthogonal experimental approach.
