Integrated optimization of equipment preventive maintenance considering production quality
Aiming at the problem of product quality deterioration caused by equipment deterioration in the process of production scheduling, this paper considers the coupling relationship between production equipment maintenance and product processing quality and production tasks and studies the integrated optimization problem of equipment preventive maintenance considering product quality. An integrated optimization model of equipment preventive maintenance considering product quality is established to minimize the cost of equipment maintenance and human resources, the cost of unqualified products, the cost of equipment shutdown and start-up, and the delay penalty of production tasks. An improved Harris eagle optimization algorithm is designed to solve the model. The superiority of the equipment preventive strategy considering product quality and the superiority of the algorithm is verified by comparative experiments.
