Research on Multi-Objective Optimization Path Planning and Permanent Magnet Drive Integration for Robot Arm
In order to meet the requirements of accuracy, energy-saving and complicated environmental guidance of robot arms, a multi-object optimum route planning and permanent magnetic transmission are presented. Through Denavit - Hartenberg (D-H) parameter modeling, a multi-object optimal model which includes the precision of location, power dissipation, and the stabilization of magnetic field is established. The combination of GA and A * is used to realize globally optimum combination and collision free path planning. The experiment indicates that, for the order motion (X → Y → Z), the overall power consumed is 2,89,7559J and the overall error is 103,72215 millimeters, whereas the overall power consumed is 275,0119J and the overall error is 39.7272 millimeters. Compared to the sequence motion, the power consumption is decreased by about 89.4 percent and the error is about 61.7 percent. This frame combines a PM drive model to solve the problem of double control in applications (for example, dental surgery) by synchronising macro-robot - arm kinematics and micro-capsule control via MF/TORQUE. The study advances robotics by offering a robust approach to multi-object optimization and magneto-dynamical integration to achieve high-accuracy, energy-efficient robotics in complicated environments.
