Analysis of influencing factors of the production capacity of the Yingxiongling shale oil X platform in the Qaidam Basin

Abstract The Yingxiongling shale oil in Qaidam Basin has the characteristics of low carbon and hydrocarbon enrichment, strong strike-slip extrusion transformation, strong heterogeneity and high stress gradient, which brings great difficulty to efficient exploration and development, and the well plant is a necessary means to realize the effective development of shale oil, and has achieved a breakthrough in the dessert of Yingxiongling shale oil by carrying out the design of geology and engineering integration, the fracturing operation mode of “synchronous + zipper”, and the drainage production idea of “stuffy well + pressure control”. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the production capacity of the Yingxiongling shale oil X platform, it is concluded that: (1) in terms of geology, the drilling encounter rate is the basis of the guarantee effect, and the gas logging display and physical properties have an obvious positive correlation with the production capacity, and the three factors of drilling encounter rate, gas logging display and physical properties have a great impact on the post-pressure production capacity; (2) In terms of engineering, combined with the comparison of process and effect, it is found that the correlation between liquid strength, sand strength, section length and brittleness is not good, and the correlation between fracturing fluid system and temporary plugging process and effect is good. (3) In terms of production, the 13-15d stuffed well gives the reservoir and fluid sufficient dialysis replacement time, and the production system based on 2.5-3.0mm nozzles in the initial stage after pressure alleviation alleviates the negative effect of stress sensitivity and maintains sufficient power for long-term stable production. The results of this study provide a basis for optimizing the development plan of Shale oil in Yingxiongling, and also provide technical support for the effective development of unconventional oil and gas resources in Qaidam Basin.
