Application of Intelligent Optimization Control Technology for Energy Conservation in Electrostatic Precipitator
The development trend of energy saving and consumption reduction in the field of electric dust removal technology is systematically analyzed. This paper delves into the principles, advantages, and limitations of existing mainstream energy-saving technologies, while also considering new environmental protection requirements to demonstrate the necessity of developing new energy-saving technologies. The results indicate that manual adjustment operations can reduce power consumption by 23.99 % compared with conventional automatic operations. By introducing intelligent optimization control technology and establishing intelligent models tailored to the specific conditions of electric dust removal, power consumption can be effectively reduced, achieving a 43.73% savings compared with conventional automatic operations.
