High Purity Orbital Angular Mode Generation in Twisted Hollow-Core Anti-Resonant Fiber
We demonstrate a low-loss helically twisted hollowcore anti-resonant fiber that supports high mode-purity (>98%) orbital angular modes (OAMs). The effective index separation of vector modes of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{7. 5} \times \mathbf{1 0}^{-4}$</tex> has been observed at <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{1. 5 ~ r a d} / \mathbf{m m}$</tex> twist rate.
