Size Based Enrichment of Cells in a Sessile Drop Using AC Electric Fields for Cell Detection

Accurate enrichment of Circulating Tumor Cells (CTCs) in blood samples is a critical step in cancer care. In this study, electric fields (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$<20 \text{MHz}$</tex>) were used to enrich cells based on their size.
