Vibration reduction characteristics and structural law analysis of embedded marine acoustic black hole
Abstract This article focuses on the application research of acoustic black hole (ABH) in floating raft isolation systems as a solution to the issue of significant vibration and noise in the shipping industry. Thin plates and regular thin plates were subjected to modal and harmonic response analysis using finite element software. The deflection and convergence effects of ABH on bending waves were confirmed by measuring the average vibration acceleration level and the structural energy distribution at the boundary. The optimization direction of its vibration reduction performance was investigated by analyzing the effects of structural parameters (truncation thickness, radius, and power exponent) on the ABH effect. We establish a theoretical foundation for the development and use of ABH structures in the shipbuilding industry.
