La neurodidáctica y el aprendizaje en estudiantes de administración de una Universidad Privada en Trujillo 2024
Neurodidactics emerges as an innovative approach within university pedagogy. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between neurodidactics and learning in fourth-semester Business Administration students at a private university in Trujillo in 2024. The research used a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design and a descriptive-correlational level. Structured Likert-type instruments, validated by experts, were applied. The results revealed medium levels in both the neurodidactics and learning variables, and no significant relationship was found between the two (ρ = 0.217; p = 0.096). However, a significant association was observed with discovery-based learning (ρ = 0.261; p = 0.044). It is concluded that teaching practices based on neurodidactics can have a positive impact on active methodologies. This study represents a contribution to the redesign of pedagogical strategies in higher education.
