Redacción académica y pensamiento pedagógico: Herramientas para el análisis crítico y nuevas competencias
Academic writing, understood as a tool for conveying knowledge and reflections, requires coherence, clarity, and rigor in its processes: planning, drafting, reviewing, and editing. These stages enable university students to articulate complex ideas and construct well-founded arguments, thereby strengthening critical thinking, which involves analyzing, evaluating, and solving problems with a rational and reflective approach. In the pedagogical sphere, the teacher-profile-centered model promotes continuous professional development, integrating skills such as emotional management, the use of technologies, and fostering life skills like collaboration and problem-solving. Tools such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, facilitate the creation of learning environments that stimulate critical analysis and creativity. Teacher performance evaluation, based on interaction with students and the promotion of supportive learning environments, is key to improving educational outcomes. These practices require teacher training that responds to 21st-century demands, adapting to constantly changing social and technological contexts, the integration of these tools and competencies not only strengthens academic development but also prepares students to face social and professional challenges, contributing to a more comprehensive and sustainable education
