Ultra-Low Latency Optimization in 6G Consumer Electronics Using Synergistic Graph-Reinforcement Learning for Efficient Communication

Ultra-low latency is needed to facilitate the exponential growth of 6G communication networks for real-time consumer electronic applications, like autonomous vehicles, augmented reality, intelligent IoT devices, and industrial automation. These are challenging to achieve because they involve problems of seamless integration induced by device reluctance, response imbalance, and limitations in backscatter communications, resulting in latency and operational inefficiencies. The research proposes the Delay Constrained Response Enhancement (DCRE) method, which utilizes a Synergistic Graph-Reinforcement Fusion Algorithm (SGRFA) to optimize device-network communications. The solution represents resistance and response parameters based on graph structures, combining them with delay constraints to ensure no latency bottlenecks and enhance round-trip response. Additionally, reinforcement learning adaptively adjusts the 6G parameter settings to achieve adaptive and high-efficiency integration of consumer electronics. Large-scale simulations were implemented to verify the proposed framework. The results show that the technique has an 11.87% increased device response rate, a 9.01% lower integration complexity, and more than a 10% decrease in latency metrics, such as round-trip delay and initialization time, compared to current techniques. The developments render the framework best suited for future IoT, autonomous mobility, and ultra-reliable consumer devices that demand real-time and energy-efficient communication. The anticipated strategy heavily favors the development of 6G by minimizing extreme latency constraints and providing high-speed, adaptive, and seamless device-to-device communication.
