Research on Autonomous Power Supply Network Architecture of Ocean Strategic Support Point Wave Energy

Addressing the challenges of energy supply for offshore strategic point, which are constrained by harsh sea conditions, geopolitical disputes, and ecological fragility, this paper proposes an innovative solution that integrates wave energy generation with relay networks. By constructing a wave energy grading zoning model that comprehensively considers resource characteristics, marine environments, and cost-effectiveness, high-potential development zones in global sea areas are screened. A dual-floater breakwater-power generation integrated device is designed, and numerical simulations demonstrate that its energy extraction efficiency is improved compared to single-floater systems, with a reduced transmission coefficient. Meanwhile, a “point-line-area” offshore support network architecture is proposed, achieving multifunctional synergy in energy replenishment, ship maintenance, and ocean monitoring. This provides theoretical support and a technical path for autonomous energy supply in the offshore region.
