Research on Access Control Model of Electronic Medical Records Based on Blockchain Technology
Medical data in electronic medical records is a valuable resource, and their sharing and use provide support for scientific research and decision-making. However, the process of sharing and use may infringe on patients' privacy rights. For the sharing and privacy protection of electronic medical records, the access method of electronic medical records was studied by utilizing the characteristics of blockchain, which are tamper proof, decentralized, and distributed storage. Based on blockchain technology, an electronic medical record access control model is proposed, which adopts blockchain network and storage encryption methods to prevent EHR data from being tampered with and leaked. Using smart contracts to calculate the entropy of information, an identity based access control process was developed. The experiment shows that the model can resist identity spoofing and replay attacks, and can effectively achieve efficient access and secure sharing of data.
