Clothing Production Process Optimization System Based on Virtual Simulation
Optimizing production processes has become particularly necessary. By introducing advanced technology, improving supply chain management, and enhancing labor efficiency, enterprises can quickly respond to market changes, reduce resource waste, and enhance competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities. The application of virtual reality platforms in optimizing clothing production processes provides an immersive environment for enterprises to simulate and analyze various production processes. This study constructs a virtual simulation based clothing production process optimization system and explores its potential application in practical production environments. The study first focuses on the current difficulties in the clothing industry and explores the application of virtual simulation platforms. Then, a model for optimizing the clothing generation process is constructed, and a virtual simulation based clothing production process optimization system is built. Finally, the experiment compares indicators of production efficiency, completion cost, resource utilization, and completion time by collecting data from the platform. The experimental results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of production time, cost, and quality. The frame rate of the system platform fluctuates between 58 and 60, indicating that the platform can maintain a high level of visual fluency during operation. The qualification rate for different types of clothing is above 80%. The utilization efficiency of the equipment has been well maintained, with relatively less downtime in the production process, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production.
