The Role of Digital Technologies in Enhancing Advertising Imagery for Combating Drug Abuse: an Analytical Study of Ministry of Interior Advertisements
This study investigates how digital technologies can be used to strengthen the effectiveness of anti-drug advertisements, with an emphasis on the Ministry of Interior's campaigns. One area of focus within this research is the different types of advertisement formats; this could include static posters, motion graphics, video ads and interactive media formats and how they contribute to audience engagement and emotional response. With a dataset of 20 ads, the study assesses engagement scores from social media engagements and survey ratings from 50 respondents. Findings are that Interactive Media Ads deliver the most engagement and emotion, followed by Video Ads, then Motion Graphics. Static posters, in contrast, are the lowest on the totem pole in terms of audience engagement. The research indicates that interactive elements integrated into anti-drug advertisements can improve ad. effectiveness. The study highlights the importance of utilizing digital technologies in public health promotion campaigns to enhance reach and efficacy, especially towards younger demographics.
