Research Progress on Green Management of Heat Treatment Based on Artificial Intelligence
Against the backdrop of the “Carbon Neutrality” and “Carbon Peak” policies, the metal heat treatment industry, as a key energy-consuming process in mechanical manufacturing, is confronted with dual challenges of energy conservation, emission reduction, and green transformation. This paper explores the application of artificial intelligence in green management of heat treatment, analyzes its mechanism and research progress in process optimization, energy management, monitoring and control, etc., elaborates on the current problems, and looks forward to the future development trends, aiming to provide references for promoting the sustainable development of the metal heat treatment industry.
