Automatic Control System for Robot Safety Identification

The problem of target positioning and grasping, which is involved in many application scenarios, has also become one of the key research topics in the application of parallel robot technology. This paper takes the NIMTE parallel robot of new configuration as the research object. On the basis of the kinematics analysis of its robot body, it studies the key problems that need to be solved in sorting applications, such as motion planning, end effector control and grasping and releasing strategies. Combining with the real-time positioning research of binocular cameras, it gives the corresponding algorithm scheme, designs and develops the control software of the parallel robot to achieve the landing and application of the above technologies. Finally, through error analysis, the comprehensive success rate of grasping objects with a motion speed of 50mm/s is about 90.7%, providing a reference for subsequent research on this configuration of parallel robots.
