Research on Energy Efficiency Analysis and Optimization Algorithm of Electric Vehicle Charging Pile
This paper proposes a PSO-based energy efficiency optimization method for electric vehicle charging piles, aiming to improve the working efficiency of charging piles, reduce energy consumption, and balance the grid load. This paper builds a model for calculating the energy efficiency of the charging pile, considering the efficiency of the battery, the loss of power, and the fluctuation of the grid. Then, for the energy efficiency optimization problem of charging piles, PSO is used to optimize the power scheduling of charging piles. Through multi-scenario simulation experiments, the results show that PSO can significantly improve the energy efficiency of charging piles. Compared with traditional methods, the energy efficiency is improved by about 20%, the charging time is shortened by 15%, and the energy consumption is reduced by 30%. In addition, the optimization algorithm shows strong adaptability and robustness under different charging demand and grid load scenarios. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the PSO-based charging pile energy efficiency optimization method, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the intelligent scheduling of electric vehicle charging networks.
