Research on Embedded Mechanism Design Based on Component Motion Equations
This paper presents a comprehensive study on the design of an embedded mechanism based on component motion equations, specifically focusing on an execution scheme for lining paper. The study begins with the conceptualization of the embedded execution plan, followed by an in-depth parameter design for various mechanisms, including linkages, cylindrical cams, gears, and groove wheels. Utilizing established motion equations, we analyze the motion speed and acceleration of these mechanisms, while also assessing the force conditions at critical points to identify potential hazards. The findings contribute to the understanding of the dynamics involved in embedded mechanisms and provide a foundation for future designs in automated systems.
