This research is motivated by the challenges faced by universities in managing employee performance and providing personalized services effectively. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of E-Kinerja in bridging the performance gap and improving the personalization of services in universities. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study, which focuses on an in-depth understanding of the implementation of E-Kinerja in a particular university. The subjects of this study involved several employees and management of universities that use the E-Kinerja system. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document studies related to the implementation of the system. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and meanings that emerged from the data collected. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of E-Kinerja can reduce the performance gap between employees, provide faster feedback, and allow for more personalized service adjustments according to individual performance. The contribution of this study is to provide insight into how the E-Kinerja system can be implemented effectively in universities and provide a basis for developing technology-based human resource management policies in the education sector.
