Six-Dimensional Force Sensor Calibration Experiment Programs
The application of six-dimensional force sensors and their calibration experiments are of great significance in the context of the increased requirements for force measurement accuracy in robotics and other fields. This paper focuses on the design of the calibration experiment program for the newly developed six-dimensional force sensor prototype of the group. The mechanical structure of the loading platform is described in detail, including that it consists of a loading column and a loading plate, which are subjected to static load, step load and impact load, respectively, as well as the structural characteristics of its related components. The calibration methods and corresponding test devices for applying static load, step load and impact load are also described respectively, and the purpose of the experiment is to determine the use characteristics of the sensor prototype to ensure that it meets the application requirements.
