Design Methods and Their Role in Interior Space Design

This paper investigates the impact of different design methods on interior space design, highlighting the role of structured approaches in improving spatial efficiency and user satisfaction. The study reviews design approaches like Minimalist, Biophilic and Industrial types utilizing empirical data, computational models, and user evaluations as their evaluative methods. This implementation of artificial intelligence creates a data-oriented evaluation of design results, which, in turn, provides information on how well such effective approaches meet functional and psychological necessities within contemporary environments. The findings suggest that design approaches based on human-centered and nature-inspired principles tend to lead to better results. These findings stress the importance of a systematic and evidence-based design process to ensure adaptable, comfortable, and productive interiors.
