3D Landscape Simulation Design System Based on Internet of Things Technology

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasingly prominent ecological environment issues, traditional landscape design methods are facing many challenges, including low efficiency and sustainability. To address these issues, this article proposed a 3D (three-dimensional) landscape simulation design system based on IoT (Internet of Things) technology. A system design was carried out through steps such as requirement analysis, conceptual design, architecture design, and data collection. The objects of data collection were T city's light intensity data, air data, temperature data, and noise data. During the research process, sensor data from October 1st to 3rd, 2023 were used to dynamically adjust the design scheme by monitoring climate change, soil moisture, and other environmental factors in real-time. The research results showed that the system increased the efficiency of landscape design from 81.95 % to 85.9 %, and the sustainability increased from 8.49 points to 9.4 points. By integrating and analyzing real-time data, the designed scheme can quickly adapt to environmental changes and meet the needs of ecological friendliness and community.
