Mural Color Restoration Algorithm Based on Image Processing Technology
Mural painting is a unique form of visual art, whose rich vitality and captivating details satisfy people's aesthetic desires. It is an important medium for cultural and historical preservation. Due to the preciousness of murals, people need to strengthen mural restoration techniques. Therefore, this article optimizes the restoration of mural colors based on improved correction algorithms in the field of image processing. Through rigorous experiments, advanced image processing algorithms are applied to refine the color and contrast of mural images. The experiment in this article demonstrates the effectiveness of this method in enhancing the color gamut and contrast of mural images, increasing from 60 to 80 before processing to 80 to 100 before post-processing. This experimental improvement highlights the potential of the advanced image processing techniques used.
