Design of Airborne Self-Aiming Pod System Based on Brushless Motor FOC Control
This study focuses on the Field Oriented Control (FOC) technology of the brushless motor, aiming to achieve independent and high-precision control of the pod attitude on this basis. The pod is a comprehensive airborne equipment which integrates many advanced technologies, in which image recognition technology and remote control technology are important components. As an airborne pod, it is imperative to possess robust attitude control capabilities during operation. FOC technology offers an effective solution to achieve this objective. Based on vector control principles, FOC technology can enhance the accuracy and stability of pod attitude control. In addition, the pod has the MAVLink flight control protocol written inside, that makes it can receive relevant data from the carrying unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to achieve interaction. Simultaneously, by integrating image recognition technology and utilizing the camera mounted on the pod, the pod can perform real-time analysis and processing of captured images. This enables the identification of critical information such as the characteristics, location, and motion trajectory of the target, thereby achieving continuous target tracking. And by combining remote control technology, it aims to enhance the pod's autonomy, accuracy, and reliability through remote control in the face of sudden demands and situations. At present, with the advancement and widespread adoption of UAV technology, the pod developed in this study holds potential for application across a broader spectrum of industries. It is suitable for diverse scenarios in daily life and exhibits extensive application prospects.
