Research on the Application of Machine Learning in Object Detection and Conversation Artificial Intelligence Fields

This study explored the application of machine learning in the fields of object detection and conversational artificial intelligence, focusing on analyzing the performance of the YOLO algorithm in object detection and the application of large-scale language models (such as GPT-3.5) in dialogue systems. By utilizing the high-performance computing environment, the YOLOv7 model was successfully trained and demonstrated high accuracy in complex scenarios through experiments. The robustness of the model was also enhanced, particularly in handling confusing categories.
